I received the wrong items, what do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, sometimes mistakes are made. We apologise for any inconvenience. You could email us at info@melangetl.com and we'll be sure to make it right.

What is the status of my order?

You'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours of making your purchase which allows you to keep track of your order. If for some reason you haven't it please contact us via email with your confirmation number so we can get it taken care of right away. info@melangetl.com 

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, it is much quicker if you return your item and make your purchase separately. 

How do I return my order?

Returns are accepted for all items within 21 days of purchase. Please visit our Refund Policy page to initiate the returns process.

What do I do if my order is defective?

We apologize if you receive any items that are not in pristine condition. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. Please contact us at info@melangetl.com

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Depending on the order amount sometimes the items will be shipped at the same time but separately. But dont worry youll be receiving your items. Sometimes they can arrive at different times but by checking your tracking number you'll be able to see where your package is at.

Where is Clothing Shop Online based?

We are based out of Bakersfield California but we still ship all across the US.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited/express shipping options within checkout.

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

At this time we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.

How long will it take me to get my order?

Due to carrier delays, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be delivered via our standard shipping method ("standard" at checkout).

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through our returns page.
